Materials
If using the Magic Loop method an 80cm/32’’ (or longer) circular needle can be used.
5.5mm/US 9, circular needle (and/or double-pointed needles) for yoke, body and sleeves.
4.5mm/US 7, circular needle (and/or-double pointed needles) for hem, neck, and cuff ribbings.
Note! It may be necessary to use a 5.0mm/US 8 or 6.0mm/US 10 needle for colorwork/jacquard knitting to achieve gauge.
Stitch marker, leftover yarn/stitchholders, darning needle.
Gauge
10cm x 10cm/4” x 4”: 16 stitches over 24 rounds with needle 5.5mm/US 9 working the colorwork chart. Or use the size needed to obtain gauge after blocking. If your gauge over single-color rounds is different from two-color rounds, you may want to switch to a smaller needle on single-color rounds and a larger needle on two-color rounds to maintain an even gauge.
