Produkter og anvendelse
𝗲𝗹𝘀𝗲𝗯𝗲𝘁𝗵 𝗷𝘂𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 sælger digitale strikkeopskrifter, der leveres som downloadbare filer. Produkterne er udelukkende til privat brug og må ikke kopieres, videresælges eller distribueres uden skriftlig tilladelse fra 𝗲𝗹𝘀𝗲𝗯𝗲𝘁𝗵 𝗷𝘂𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 .
Priser og betaling
Alle priser er angivet i danske kroner (DKK). Betaling foregår via sikre betalingsmetoder, der tilbydes i webshoppen. Købsbeløbet trækkes ved gennemført betaling. Vi modtager Visa, Mastercard, Mobilepay og Paypal betaling
Reklamationsret / fortrydelsesret
2 års reklamationsret på fysiske produkter,
Der gives ikke fortrydelsesret på digitale varer købt i vores webshop da varen (Download) er af sådan art, at der i henhold til dansk lovgivning ikke kan eller bør ydes returret.
Levering
Digitale produkter leveres straks efter betaling via den e-mailadresse, der er angivet ved købet. Kunden modtager en download-link i e-mailen.
Fortrydelsesret og reklamation
Ved køb af digitale produkter frafalder fortrydelsesretten, da leveringen sker øjeblikkeligt efter køb. Har du problemer med din download, eller oplever du fejl i produktet, bedes du kontakte os via elsebeth_@hotmail.com
Proceduren for håndtering af klager

Products and use
Elsebeth judith design sells digital knittingpatterns, that will be available as downloaded files after purchase. The products are solely for private use and may not be copied, sold or distributed without written agreement from elsebeth judith design
Prices and payment
All prices are in danish kroner (DKK). Payment are through secure means in the webshop with Visa, Mastercard, Mobilepay and Paypal. The full paid amount will be retrieved upon order completetion.
Delivery
Digital products are delivered within minutes from order completetion directly to the customer provided email adress. The customer will receive a file download link by email.
Right of Withdrawel
With purchase of digital products the right of withdrawel will be conceded, since the delivery of the product happens instantly upon order completetion. Do you experience issues with download or errors in the product please contact elsebeth_@hotmail.com

Conflict
We will always pursue a good customer service and solution for complaints and conflict. If we are not able to find a suitable solution through dialogue, you have the option of filing a complaint through forbrug.dk. We follow all actual rules and laws, and are always eager to handle conflicts fast and fair.

Elsebeth judith design can not be held responsible for errors within the knitting pattern, customer interpretation of patterns or potential loss, waste or damage to belongings due to use of our product
